Will have to look more carefully into it - but, coming from an engineering background, I just love the engineer's approach behind this study:"... the intellectual effectiveness of a human can be significantly improved by an engineering-like approach toward redesigning changeable components of a system." (page 128)
I'm especially interested in natural-language user interfaces in the closed up ecosystems (such as Siri, Google Assistant, or Alexa), and then those solutions that are more open.
Congrats on the new book. How come the ebook (Kindle) is more expensive than the physical one? With higher commissions (and no printing or logistics costs) for the ebook, I'd expect the other way around.
