What jumps out at me here is how this measurement is used in agriculture/food production. Suppose, etymologically speaking, all language is a derivative of humans living, working, and managing the landscape... it seems the chicken crosses the road when we identify and "label" (with a codified sound) what behaviors in the environment are useful to our mutual interdependence (positive/rebounding feedback loops, enforced through language, learning and worldview--influence how humans operate as individuals and within groups. Furthermore, how groups use language creates positive/rebounding feedback loops in the environment and reinforces useful behavior.)

Suppose there are n number of hidden, indeterminate variables in your environment... "You," the individual observer, are free to choose the important variables to navigate life. Your "mind" is the thing which assigns value to hidden variables in your environment but "the mind" is not you... the "mind," from my perspective, is the mirror upon which we witness/experience every day reality/waking life, etc.

If you think rolling dice is important, it is. If you think randomness will effect and experiment, it will. If you don't think randomness is important, it probably is... (a thing is defined by what it is not.)

When you assign an indeterminate (X) value to randomness, this is chaos. If/when you think or realize chaos is an important part of free will... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Are you personally unable to select new variables or assign different "weights"? If so, I contend, you don't exist.

What is the point of resolving the Riemann hypothesis?

The reason it's an important question is not because we don't (philosophically) already know the answer, but rather that we don't have a bloody clue how to prove it. It means that there are fundamental issues in computability (which is a hell of an important subject these days) that we just don't understand. Solving P≠NP will be important not for the result but for the techniques that will be used. (Of course, in the unlikely event that P=NP, enormous consequences will follow. Qualified proof of Riemann hypothesis can be demonstrated by any living or non-living system learning to play a game or exploit an environment of which it was not previously aware. Systems exhibit emergent properties when conditions are sufficient. The zero point or, the proof in the proverbial pudding, is observable when the system becomes conscious of it's awareness in the environment and begins to exhibit emergent or novel behavior.

Label me a fool or, is this proof consciousness can bootstrap itself?

Good question. As told: the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. At the same time, everything we see or feel must emerge from a greater whole--the thing that allows all of this/us to co-exist.

In a lexical sense, the only "system" without a greater whole is the space between the system. This, I reason, is the system itself. Our sense-impressions and organs emerge or are generated from this whole-self, a non-system-system that is "mind" or consciousness.

My philosophy is terrible but it appears to me that what causes the chicken to come into existence proceeds the chicken in itself. Whatever is in the egg is unknown until it hatches. This is an example of Schrodinger's box observable as a natural process.

What's wrong with this thought? Where/when/how does the chicken's awareness of itself as a chicken arise? Is the chicken aware of itself as a chicken before it hatches?

If consciousness, sentience, sapience, awareness/feeling, memory, and all the good stuff that makes an individual actually exist is _knowable_ then at what point does individual consciousness not exist?

Wherefore am I/you/us?

Consume sugar, processed grains, and alcohol in moderation (especially bottled beer and wines high in sulfites.)

If you're having trouble being productive because of physical discomfort, turmeric or curcumin extracts and black pepper are great for inflammation. (Inflammation seems to be the root of the symptoms noted above.) NB: powdered turmeric/black pepper tastes great in coffee.

Powdered lion's mane, powdered fruit/vegetables (high in vitamin C, folates, etc.)... any/all of these things help with brain fog.

To answer your original question: I've found fish oil (and vitamin D) helps with depression/anxiety.

P.s. there's no magic pill and trying to force it will break you the moment you can't keep up the pace... Step back and relax that mind-muscle or, sharpen the saw on something you enjoy to put you in a flow state.
