It's tricky. Myself being very comfortable alone, I still find myself sometimes craving for socialization, but hanging out with people who don't like the same music as me always leaves me more depressed than before.
100% agree. Not proud of eating meat, been vegan 3+ years, but right now my selfish reason is that there are so few moments of pleasure in life, and eating meat is one of them. Hoping to get vegan again if I can find other pleasurable activities to keep me from jumping off a cliff.
1. Make sure you understand and accept the position you're in
2. Try and understand that changing ourselves is done 1 thing at a time
3. Exercice (very important)
4. Write down some realistic goals and set up a few hours each day to work towards them.
Don't beat yourself too much, enjoy the little things in life (for me, beer, eating, and coffee), and stay kind with your fellow humans
