There is something I don't understand in the Chaebol strategy: Why is it considered a controlling share if it is less than 50%? I can see how owning 51% of a holding that then owns 51% of another company can be seen as a wealth multiplier, but at 20%, you run the risk of losing control if the other entities ally against you, don't you?
