Maybe this is a good place to ask. At 49:51 (https://youtu.be/FLpGH0BpOnk?t=2991) there is a reference to a leaked British government email that discredits Bellingcat, saying they aren't ~"effective anymore because everyone knows they are with us and besides everyone knows they will say anything for money". Does anyone have a link to the actual email, or better sourced reporting about it? I tried searching likely keywords, and didn't find anything to confirm this claim.

I had a hard time finding anything too, but as the other commenter noted bellingcat is basically the National endowment for democracy
