>...that can solve world hunger, poverty, water...

Ah, but no profit there. Not being cynical, have witnessed ngo's first hand in war zones.

Would like more info on [1]. I work in the area of cutting costs (also privately - gave up coffee as it was a waste of money, for me): with money being finite, what you can save is often worth more than what you can earn.

>objectively terrible content off the platform? I won't name it but we all know what I'm talking about.

When the politicians arrive you will have a runaway success. Unfortunately politicians tend to be followed by more 'objectively terrible content'. Funny how that works.

...remasters? Conversion of tape to plastic to mp.... Newer, better(?), tech available for engineers. Zappa [iirc] made his plastic lp's 22 minutes a side as that gave the optimum wiggle room for needles, both at the presses and domestically. Led Zep (ahem) re-released an awful lot of original material.

The weather is only as bad as your worst clothing. I did invest in Shimano neoprene overshoes to catch the crap my super-low muguards don't, but only because my gf objected to plastic bags (which were admittedly, a nit of a pain. On very cold days i put bubble wrap inside them for added wind-breakage/ windsulation. For my hands, I absolutely refuse to not wear washing up gloves, with liner gloves inside, though.

Perhaps the sensor is back a bit behind you? I know several places where the sensors are 30-60 metres away: it allows cars to pass thru in chunky groups.

Do you also get angry at traffic lights?

Regardless, I'll take a bet you've never actually read your country's rules regarding bicycles.

Amazon do bike alarms. $16? Kind of intended for motorbikes(?) but when i turn then both on - one wedged under the seat and another less permanently attached - the conversations generated guarantee me onlookers (bar/ cafe) almost look after the bike for me. Decent lock, too. Drop the chain off and whack it out of gear (it hurts if you forget). If im inside and i see someone checking out thd bike i 'test' the alarm.
