As mentioned, there is likely no legal precedent regarding this type of video creation resulting from AI. We will have to watch how the first cases are presented by the original owners of the content to see which methods they will use to hinder this sort of "recreation."

These different applications have varying uses. I think that Twitter is a great for setting up a news feeds from multiple sources (e.g. traditional news, bloggers, business professionals). While your Snapchat is great way to take a peek at what your friends are doing in a fun, non-intrusive, and quick manner. I'm not a power user of either applications, but I can see the varying purposes that they lend themselves to.
