I understand very well what Russia seeks in Donbass. What I fail however to understand is what the hell your country doing in Iraq and Syria and why you think you have any right to blatantly interfere in Chinese internal affairs.. Neither China, nor Russia supported occupy wall street and BLM. But you do foment civil unrest in these states!

You americans are a bunch of nutters. You would believe russiagate, and any slander regarding people your "intelligence agencies" and your "military complex" has decided to label as enemies. Bunch of ignorant criminals whose mentality is formed by the idiotic holywood industry, accusing others of sins of which you are far more guilty than the ones you accuse, starting from the real genocide you perpetrated in the Middle East.

"The result established that the complexity class known as “BPP” was exactly equal to the complexity class P" - oh no it did not :)

What did this Hinton do?

The breakthrough was not his.

US is FAR scarier than China. Just try to ask in Europe who the (educated) people there consider to be the primary threat to the world. I am not talking about european "mainstream media", these are eventually on the US food chain.

US is free only in your holywood-conditioned imagination. Take a look at your prisons and the plea bargain practice. There is no real freedom of expression: no one speaks of your war criminale on "mainstream media", no one discusses the tyranny which your country practice outside of your borders, no one condemns the nazi style hate campaigns against Russia and China. So I think that the 20% should be actually a smaller number..

Isn't that dynamic programming instead? Or more generally, the idea of time-memory tradeoff.

You came and continue to come for everyone there where no one ever invited you. Not Russia, not China. You.

Only an american or a brit would believe that most of "state sponsored hacks" come from China, Russia or North Korea (:) :) :)).

You are insane. As the rest of russiagaters.

"Authoritarian regimes.." - oh I see, it is the "authoritarian regimes"..

Now go and check (it contains a story about FOIA requests to the UK government on Assange's case)

https://consortiumnews.com/2017/11/18/signs-of-u-k-misconduc...

It is the 6th (!) year that the litigation to obtain the information goes on.

" I'm curious why these structures seem to rise" - ask yourself about your state religion, the neoliberalism. You might be less clueless about that.

Which freedom of speech? That they don't send you to prison if you say something your neoliberal high priesthood does not like? Perhaps not, but you very well might lose your job. Otherwise go search in your free speech media anything about Assange. Now try to compare objectively Assange to Navalny and tell me why not.. Your freedom of speech is in a large part imaginary. As to the rule of law, if your legal system would get the attention it deserves, people would see that it is also in a large part a Hollywood myth
