SO and friends are in the industry. I will never understand why they simply don't train and accept more Doctors. If they can have 1 person working 80 hours, they can have 2 working 40, or better yet 3 and see more patients and reduce wait times.

No, there are provisions for not paying the tax for houses if you are a real estate professional or live in the house 3 of the past 5 years. Other examples like 1099 exchange.
