I am confused, how does this work? Does it play two videos that have the same key? Maybe make an about section to describe because I can't work out what your site does by visiting it within the first 30 secs :)
Same problem here, work in IT as developer, tech lead and PM, have not been promoted for years. I am staring to think IT consultancy software is full of dead end jobs.
