If you don't your coworkers will and you will be left behind, or need to job hop for parity.

Releasing a playable MVP and adding features would be preferable to a big bang with the kitchen sink. I had already abandoned my investment in this product. "Best is the enemy of good."

If the company accepts the liability, I can't be charged for a driving crime while the car is out of my control, and it is statistical safer to let the car drive itself I am on board, but the courts haven't cleared the liability problem, and there are safety concerns with large white trucks being detected, so driving your own car seems like the right choice for 2022.

Disposable websites are good for job security.

There are other factors to consider, once a site turns into a desktop app replacement with dynamic content it is expected that it will change and grow, features dropped and added, styles change, the tech stack is replaced. Building a single use product to last doesn't make a lot of sense, the only part that does is the idea of maintaining "permalinks" where the content is stable and "append only", but the style may change. The world has not placed enough requirements to preserve a historical friendly web, which is why archive sites, print to pdf, and other options exist.

It is expensive to plan, and maintain sites with longevity. You don't know what the future holds and longevity might be at odds with relevance.

If the IRS staff had to be photographed, home address, personal email and cell phone stored in the same mechanism for five years prior to the general public having to endure the same fate unless the database was compromised, I would support this.

Edit: As a bughunt incentive, if you confirm the hack, you would not be jailed, and you would never have to pay taxes again.

Single laptop screen user here. I use zen mode as often as possible and try to focus on a single task instead of multitasking. Before the pandemic I used a 4k rv as a monitor at work and kept the laptop screen shut. Even then I tried to work on one thing at a time. I wasn't able to bring it home.

This is very dangerous especially if the box gets inverted. Also, you might get stuck under other cargo in a non-climate controlled storage area, or have a forklift poke into you. Mosy anyone who has worked in shipping or receiving has seen really damaged boxes.

Is this so he can get out of his contract and sell his library to Sony like several big artists recently did?

Edit: Looks like he already sold it off recently. Wonder why he has any say on this anymore.
