No reason it can't be both. You can manage your own wallet, or you can use coinbase (or any number of "banks") for their services layered on top. Or you can have both.
Nope, I just assume they are under qualified. They are the best of a very small arbitrary group of people, but probably much less qualified then the general candidate pool.
For my own ventures, I always use a fixed width layout. Saves an almost infinite amount of time, tricky bugs, and therefore
a lot of $. Designers produce designs and you just take the pixel dimensions it always looks good. Done.
OTOH, when clients tell me they want responsive design - no problem! It's job security, and I bill by the hour ;)
From my experience, as someone who is very active in the dating scene - almost no guys I know use bumble exclusively or even as their primary dating platform.
Most prefer Tinder/Hinge because it allows them more control over their dates/matches (i.e they can put in more time/work to get more dates) whereas Bumble is more of a passive experience. It's used as more of a "bonus" or "extra".
