For 4, I would always start with RF. You have fewer knobs to turn (aka degrees of freedom with which to hang yourself), but still get within spitting distance of XGBoost.

Poison seems totally fair. Counterfeit tumeric can have high amounts of lead. Lead being one of those chemicals with no safe amount.

This is the same Ubisoft that recently tried altering the deal with developers. They are exploring new revenue streams, and I think this is just a preview of what is to come everywhere.

There are probably other use cases, but I only think of data warehouses for supporting batch/analytical workloads where latency is not a problem because the entire job takes minutes/hours to complete. In which case cold start does not significant.
