That's a good question and my current solution is to refund the buyer once he found that the sale was a scam. It's not a perfect solution but I can't think of better ones at the moment.

I will improve the interface and add more statistics about the sites later, possible the two sites you just mentioned.
Very true. I planned to introduce a page for every image to attribute the source in the near future. And I would delete them upon the owner's request. (just like youtube video)
