Poland have its one LLM called Bielik. It's not only better in preserving Polish sounding wording, it's also better in writing government documents. Why better? They did arena and statistically it's just better.

If it's a company operations (accounting, procurement, etc),you missed it, they want to setup once then use it and access documents.
If it's for developers to quickly build extractors for different company ops, then I'm missing API, scoring, integrations.
Clients choose it because it's EU-based company.
