I like this because we always emphasize that these things can run on an RPi, Intel NUC, or Apple devices. We get so proud saying, 'Look, it runs on my old 4GB RPi!' when the reality is—it’s just a loop. :D

In addition, how does one manage multiple cluster itself? Differnet cloud, different kubeconfigs/secrets to access them? AKA. Cluster registry!

If they could just do decent job for github first :) this would be great. We currently use it and migrating away as maintaining jobs, spec, etc and having proper comment triggers from github with clear job reporting requires person working full time.

And im not even talking about their traffic costs. In the times when traffic gets cheaper and cheaper they charge a fortune and even increase the price.

I did worked with MSFT for some time. Basically you can do your own stuff, until you need to go to production. And if you do all things right "per process" somebody will "glimps" into your architecture and maybe even code. And in most cases this particular individual has seen a lot and is in the position to identify patterns. TBH I quite enjoyed how their corp machinery is working in the cloud world.
