Even better: allow theaters to charge different prices to different movies. It's ridiculous that a big budget action movie with A-list cast costs the same to watch as a cheap indie film.

Smaller movies could get a huge boost if they cost less to see than the big franchise releases, and the difference in filled vs empty seats would really add up.

A fun application of this is hooking mushrooms up to synthesizers for groovy beats: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbP2DgDp890

>All life creates bio-electrical signals. Our equipment converts them into signals that control the bionic arms. Recent research suggests that fungi and plants exhibit surprising levels of intelligence, including decision-making, learning, memory and the ability to respond to sounds waves.

Has it? I recently tried to organize a little AoE2 LAN party but we got stuck because the DE was too heavy for our old computers and the HD Edition was no longer for sale on Steam.

(Apologies if this was answered in the video, I'll watch it later tonight)

Deeply embarrassing as a US citizen.

This is the first I've heard of "direct-join union"s. DuckDuckGo only brings up variations of this article, or the pages to join individual, employer specific unions.

Where can I learn more about this type of union? Is there one for US IT workers?
