iPhone does this already. You can choose from different password managers (I use built inn and and old version of 1P). So works on safari, but also other apps that I assume use some standard password field.
I think people value working to the same work day schedule as everyone else so your time off is aligned. That is how Friday night drinks and Sunday brunch works with friends.
ISPs often have Youtube and Akamai caches forward deployed to their networks, which would reduce the dependancy on big ISPs. Google also buys a lot of its own international links so it can pair directly with or close to ISPs, so big ISP issues don't affect their services as much.
