It’s really tough, my heart goes out to you. I have tinnitus too but mine is much better than it used to be. Carry high quality earplugs on your keychain everywhere you go. And believe it or not, diet and especially sodium play a big part. Take care of your ears and they may heal and dial back the high sodium foods.

Wow, that’s an insane challenge. I can’t believe that’s even possible.

I used to manage a team of 6o software developers and engineers, and the team had fairly low EQ overall (I spent a lot of time with my HR counterpart). I found research on how to structure a hard conversation but it was tough to practice. To make it easier, I built a web app that uses AI to help people approach hard conversations with their co-workers, their manager, friends, family, etc. I truly believe in the research (NVC) and it's ability to reduce conflict in the world. I also think this is a unique moment in history where AI can be used to help humanity if we choose to use it that way. I'd love your feedback. It's early days but I'm excited for what's to come.
