This might help the OP (also other readers and for reference)

It might be competing with the OPs app, but Here.com has a solution for this in one of their developer APIs(https://developer.here.com/documentation/routing/topics/requ...), it returns an isoline(contour) based on multiple options(max distance, max time or max fuel consumption) similar to the OPs solution
I feel this question would apply to downloaded weights as well. Because if the license does apply to the weights, whoever put the weights on the github with whatever license, the original license should prevail. Also, if your process requires that you be safe from license restrictions, we'd anyways have to check the original licenses, right?
I've started using Laverna(http://Laverna.cc) recently. Its a note management app built completely in Javascript and is serverless(except for storage, which is via your own dropbox), so I can host it on github pages/ AWS S3.
It has a convenient Markdown editor with live previews, sorting notes by notebooks, and has web and mobile versions. The notes are stored in dropbox and your browser's local storage, also they have imports and exports for backup.
Also its completely opensource and I can be sure that theres no snooping on my notes.
For hardware cos applying to this batch, the Bolt collaboration sounds awesome.
Since Bolt has super expertise in prototyping, is it an indication that hardware ideas with an idea only Or partial prototype can get accepted?
How can such co.s improve their chances further, compared to software co.s where making a proof of concept barely costs any money?
