Seriously, every time I read something like this I wish I was truly rich.
I'd hand whymauri a billion dollars and let them loose on the homeless problem. The postmortem on the crash 'n burn would be a priceless thing to listen to down at the men's club.
I strongly suspect that this is absolutely the wrong place to ask.
I do remember a time without homeless people however.
