But I'm not sure why that is, as the wording of the hint doesn't indicate that ALL Head Bartenders are embezzlers, unless it means "highest ratio" is literally 1.0.
The hint says "There are more innocents than criminals in row 3" implies there are 3 innocents and 1 criminal? But I'm not sure why that is, because if there were 4 innocents and 0 criminals, it would still be true that there were more innocents than criminals in row 3.
Also the page says to report issues in a specific format but it's not clear how to actually do that?
