I think the problem with touch bar was that, it completely replaced the function keys, instead of complementing them. Other than that, I actually liked it.

parents need to start parenting by taking responsibility on what their kids are doing, and government should start governing with regulations on ad tech, addictive social media platforms, instead of using easily hackable platforms for de anonymization, which in turn enable mass identity theft.
While I am not a BMW fan, they got the interfaces almost close to perfect with their MINI Countryman cars. The screen is a touchscreen one, but, touchscreen is optional as there is a physical idrive controller, with shortcuts, and it works with carplay as well. All important stuff, defroster/AC/seat heaters are physical buttons! I love it.
Not the parent comment, but I think it depends on the house you have. I find huge american houses with 3-5 rooms are unsuitable, except when you limit the robot to one or two rooms.
My apartment in Europe is suitable for it, as I do not have many rooms, so that it does a decent job on cleaning. I do not use the regular vacuum very often.
Egress costs of AWS are straight up robbery. 0.05 per GB (assuming you use that much bandwidth, otherwise it is even higher) adds up very quickly when you have a lot of users and page clicks.
