I like to use it to help me with math problems, or rather when I get the wrong answer to a math problem I use chatgpt to show me the steps and then I am able to review my work.

I doubt putting in a licensing regime would significantly improve anything.
You should be doing oil changes every 5k (Some say 3k) miles/6 months. Once a year is not enough with the distance you are putting on it. You should have had about 10-16 oil changes. That would explain premature wear on your timing chain (More likely you have broken guides).
Would paying more get the results we are looking for? Or does additional funding just pad the pockets of administrators? Also why should we pay more for the poor education of the pandemic? We should be funding alternative strategies.
"90 percent hydrogen with an improved efficiency of over 26 percent." Lets see a diesel Cummins Ram would get 25/31 mpg (vs 20/25). Fuel costs $16/gallon hydrogen,$6/gallon diesel so $14.40 + $0.60 = $15 gallon.
I don't see this being viable without a significant cost reduction in hydrogen, also the storage of the hydrogen is also a problem. If this was a supplemental fuel like a NOS canister, I could see that doing something.
I use Proxmox at my work for our various web and windows servers. Works pretty good, now If I could get something newer than sandy bridge Xeons it will perform just as well too.
Mind you the storage was a pain to work with and the cluster had a lot of issues, but they iron a lot of it out in recent releases.
