Looks promising. Lately I have been using Retool to build my internal app and I must say this is very interesting alternative.

In Retool, to edit many components, I have to click in every one of them which takes so much time. With this approach there would be no problem.

I bet they just talk to people, show them the app and watch how they use it. This is the quicker and meaningful user testing I know

I was using Intercom but It got really expensive. Its the best product for emails for products but they are positioning themselves for enterprise nowadays.

Because of the price I have decided to create my own email flows provider. It works like a charm because I adjusted it to my needs.
