I guess my question is if US tech companies don't comply with the Indian government and gets shut down, wouldn't an identical company who will comply with the Indian government just take its place?
The censorship is taking place either way right? Why not take the money?
Don't know if it'll make Colleges more affordable, but it'll definitely deter lenders from giving out loans to applicants that aren't as academically inclined or going into majors that have a low earnings potential.
The idea of banks having a risk free loans never really made sense to me...
MA tried to change to ranked choice voting but people didn't vote for it. I'm guessing most at the ballot were confused about what it was and just default voted no.
But how do you actually find content that you like?
Sometimes I have to go though 4-5 different shows/movies on various streaming networks before I find something worth watching and even then, the shows usually get really bad by season 2-3. I can't imagine how wasteful it would be to have to buy all these bad shows instead of just streaming them.

Sounds like existing accounts can continue to function and accrue interest but no addition new users or assets can be deposited until they get SEC approval.
My cynical view is that it's more profitable to treat life threatening issues than trying to keep you healthy which would only result in less profits for hospitals. The whole incentive structure of health care leads to very bad outcomes.
Contact tracing at the very least. It controls spread while allow places to stay open. Seems like the US just threw up their hands and decided that it was too difficult logistically and alternating between partial lockdowns and letting people who whatever.
If the true purpose of algorithm tests was to be non-discriminatory, the interview and interviewee should not be able to see each other, their voices should be masked to hide nationality/accent, and resumes should not be viewed when solving the problems. I assure you I can still discriminate against a candidate both consciously and subconsciously during a live algorithm question now.
I guess one upside of these types of interviews is I've been able to disqualify candidates just because I don't like them and saying they didn't do well on the algorithm question as justification is a easy way to reject them without much explanation.
And what about every other field that doesn't use leetcode style interviews? Does a biotech company make their interviewees do lab work live? What makes software engineering so special that we need a different interview process?
I guess buying a TV antenna isn't completely free but it gives you the same benefit as these online channels, doesn't consume your data cap, and lets you watch sports and local news.

It's been a while since I've used sort by average customer review. Only useful sorts are "featured" or possibly price if you put in some filter parameters on the side. Anything else is just asking for hot garbage.
There are few things that I buy from amazon now that aren't shipped and sold by amazon. I just don't trust third party sellers unless it's a 'direct' seller aka the company making the product. Almost would prefer if amazon would just remove all third party sellers but I guess they need to maintain their reputation of being the everything store.
