Yes, I think it's worse than that.

That is a good question, although it is tangential as even with socialized medicine, these kind of issues happen. People get seriously ill and die every day, regardless of the amount of care they receive.

It's got to be more than that, perhaps the bin shape creates a better air-frying environment? Why is there a difference in cooking results between the toaster oven "air fryer" and the bin type?
