I hope a family-level AI appliance is a thing later. Local non-cloud assistant that lives in the house, families interact via voice or phones or whatever. Knows the contextual family stuff you need, etc.
Same. Have had great results with it. I got sick of paying FreshBooks monthly for basic income/expense tracking for Schedule C reporting and used GSD to build a macOS Swift app with Codex 5.4 and Opus 4.6. It’s working great and I am considering releasing it on the App Store. It started as a web app, but then I wanted screen capture from other windows for receipts in email or whatever. Then I wanted physical receipts, and so used Apple continuity camera. All working now in my app. And, I just added receipt auto-extract to pull salient info from and determine deduction category using Anthropic API.
Yes this is how much paying FreshBooks annoyed me. Plus I hated they forced an emailed 2FA if you didn’t connect with Google.
Copy/paste it into your CrapBot of choice and respond with even longer sloppy pasta. Just do that every time and make sure it’s longer than their original message. Maybe slam in some Socratic method questions and theory to wander through the response for awhile. Ensure it creates action items only they can perform and make sure the ball is in their court each time. I should make a skill for this.
You lay not travel much where opening a 16” MacBook Pro even in economy plus is a lean back risk and typing misery situation. iPad much better for tray table things. I have the 11” just for this purpose
Personal experience says otherwise. Low carb/slow carb diet plus fasting 100% did it for me. 40 lbs gone, and have kept it off even while backing off of the initial rigidity. Everything in moderation, especially alcohol. Beer is a huge carb load, so that had to go entirely. Pasta as well. Potatoes too. Sure, I have a couple fries (or chippies for the BBC crew), but it’s all about those being scarce. It’s actually pretty easy to intermittent fast. Eat dinner and be done before 8pm and have lunch around 1pm the next day. Have coffee or tea in the morning.
What really accelerated weight loss for me was extremely rigid ketogenesis. Felt amazingly sharp and dialed in every morning, slept well, shredded pounds.
I’m probably on the list. I made a LinkedIn Redactor that allowed you to add keywords and remove posts from your thread that included such words. It’s the X feature but for LinkedIn. Anyway, got a cease and desist from those lame fucks at LI. So I removed from the chrome store but it’s still available on GitHub.
Same question. This is a massive undertaking to do well, and incumbents Lexis and Westlaw gate API behind their own crappy agent. Unsure about vLex or Bloomberg. What’s the scope? U.S. Federal? State? Administrative hearings?
Part of the value of the incumbents are the case treatment (Sheparidizing) and case issue categories. The world is due for a disruptor, but sadly court data is terrible to get. Bad formats, paygates, slow publishing times, and in some cases physically going to the courthouses
I’m so sick of “10x” everything. It’s almost always grossly overstated marketing bullshit. There are a lot more precise x’s, but everyone just rounds up and snaps to 10x. And the numbers aren’t even really ever truly measured. Thumb in the wind.
