No but if you pay for the $20/mo plan there are no limits. You simply have to wait a few seconds for your request to process (called "slow requests.") The documentation says these are exactly the same as fast requests except they are queued rather than run immediately. In practice, they work just fine and aren't really slow at all.

If you decide you love it and you want more speed, you can add to your fast request budget in controlled dollar amounts. It's a very fair system.

No he's not, he's asking if there's a way to get expanded rate limits.

Maybe the answer is "yes, but you have to steal them," that doesn't mean he's asking for a how-to.

Meanwhile, many services offer free or included access to models. And free tiers. Etc.
