I am running into this myself and curious how others handle it.
Right now I run an AI agency (doing client work) and 3 SaaS products, and it is starting to get messy. Not just costs, but all the operational stuff behind each product.
Things like:
which email was used to sign up for each service
where the domain was bought, when it renews, and who controls DNS
where the app is hosted
which database, auth, analytics, and payment providers it uses
which service sends transactional emails
whether there is a separate marketing email tool
which APIs it depends on
where files are stored
which monitoring / support / error tracking tools are connected
which services are dedicated to one product vs shared across several
With one product it is manageable. With a few, plus agency work on top, it starts getting blurry fast. How are you handling this?
