If there is no copyright, what incentive is there to ever create anything digital? Adobe would never invest in Photoshop if any random person was legally able to sell copies for $1 each. A production company will never publish a book or create a TV show if anyone can just undercut them by taking what they have produced and resell it. Doesn't seem like a con to me, it sounds pretty critical for any kind of functional digital market.

If there was ever a situation where there was a genuine risk of a significant portion of the military being killed, it would not be difficult to withdraw all women from the military at that point. And I do not think there has been a single country in modern history that was at a genuine risk of being wiped out due to combat deaths, even if all of those combat deaths had been men instead of women.

To me this incredibly small risk does not seem to be worth holding one gender back over another, increasing the gender gap for no reason. Forcing someone to work just because of their gender seems very wrong to me.

They don't have to match what it would be sold for wholesale though, just need to match the marginal cost. A graphics card that can run a AAA game is less than $500, so I don't think they are losing much on $9.99 a month. That's over $100 a year, and if each users plays 3 hours a day you can have 8 users using the same hardware at different times.

Now I don't think they are using consumer hardware, and there are other costs as well, but it seems realistic that they are making money off of it.

Sure, but a manufacturer couldn't sell a car with a solid steel bumper. In the US you have lots of freedom to modify your car after you buy it, but manufacturers have strict regulations.

I wonder what it will look like when it is actually produced, doubt it passes US standards in it's current form. Needs some mirrors at the very least, although maybe at the time of release cameras will be a legal replacement.

That sounds a lot like investing based on the previous performance of the stock, which isn't a great investment strategy. I would never want a significant portion of my net worth in a single asset, regardless of how it has performed in the past.

The 10 minute limit is for having mid-roll ads - short videos are still monetized, but they only have an ad at the start of the video. Creators only go over 10 minutes so they can have multiple ads on their video instead of just one.

So you don't think we should prohibit anything? Should we just let people buy fentanyl by the kilogram without any repercussions? Sure, we should reform drug laws so that user's are not punished as significantly, but completely removing prohibition of drugs I think is pretty counterproductive, considering how the US already has a major opioid problem. Prohibition will obviously reduce drug use to some degree, so it's just a matter of balancing the costs and benefits.
