Climate change is forced terraforming by oil companies pumping methane into the troposphere where it will radiate 84x the heat as CO2 and will convert to CO2 in 10 years.
There is a reason most natural gas wells are also used as cow pastures. Easy to hide from regulators and attribute to livestock.
Oil companies own huge portfolios of renewable energy as well as patents on batteries, turbines and other electric efficiencies.
Methane is being used to heat the planet as a way to change coastlines, upending worldwide real estate markets, and fueling a whole new market just in time for US oil to dominate for another 100 years.
Conspiracy right? I mean, it's not like the oil, steel and auto companies conspired to buy and dismantel the municipal trollies that existed in every major city at the turn of the 20th century.
Or how banks, rating agencies and insurers conspired to steal everyones homes through the largest financial scam in world history and then skate off scott free.
We sure talk a lot about Global Warming 10 years after realizing the Fed and international banking cartels were goose stepping us into slavery.
For which we're all very silent about now. Guess there isn't enough reason to "start the conversation".
Let's see, first he'll pump almost a Billion dollars into a company, then he'll "buy" vehicles from said company which can now use that order to misleadingly project revenue growth so that it can obtain a competitive advantage over other such competition and take a step in assuring a handsome return for its investors all while Amazon and lil'Bezos incorporate those projections into its ever rising stock price so they can continue to sell treasury stock to buy more such companies as well as their own stock to do the same and wipe their asses with it.
Amazon is about 6 months away from total collapse and they know it. Bezos and all his cronies will be squeezing every last dime out until then. At which point, his wife will sell all their stock the day before without a fart from the SEC.
Welcome to the higher education "loose leaf binder" textbooks that cost the same as the texts one used to be able to keep for decades cause it...had a spine.
The rise in price for textbooks is almost perfectly correlated with the rise in federal loan and pell grant amounts.
What a bunch of pseudoscience talking point bullshit.
> Before the Industrial Revolution, our air contained 280 parts per million (ppm) of carbon dioxide (CO2) on average. But new markets born from this revolution used a lot of energy, causing atmospheric CO2 rates to rise dramatically. For the first time in recorded history, our CO2 levels are above 400 ppm.
1) The Little Ice Age ended right as the temp readings were being taken which are used as the start of the "pre-industrial records".
It was going to get hottter regardless of our burning fossil fuels and we still aren't above the last, supposed, interglacial high.
2) 1.4 billion people on Earth during the above stated time period, now there are 7.4; that's 6 billion more people breathing in air at approx. 4.5 metric tons a year each causing the oxygen to be leached and naturally increasing the CO2 PPM.
3) Nuclear Power is far more dangerous (besides radioactive waste) as it produces water vapor which is the single largest driver of the greenhouse effect. Yet, why aren't they talking about that? (hint: cause they don't actually fucking know anything)
These corporations are so dangerous with their bullshit goodwill buying bandwagoning.
