A SPAC is much less of a headache for a company that wants to go public. Instead of having to talk to a whole bunch of investors to set a price for your stock you only have to negotiate with the SPAC. SPAC are usually quicker then an IPO allowing you to raise money faster.

But why did Japan's snap first?

North American (NA) schools have bullying, exams, homework, and sleep disruption but our system is still relatively intact. Children aren't much happier here either. Teen depression and teen suicide is rising at a rapid pace as well.

The first reason that comes to mind is that there is less of a stigma of leaving these public schools in Japan than in NA. It seems such a common occurrence that everyone has just accepted it. Here everyone is so anti non-traditional that even home-schooling is seen as an archaic form of education.

You could even make the point that the movies and shows that these services produce are becoming more perishable. When Netflix first came out with House of Cards it was talked about for months. Maybe it was just the quality of House of Cards but no new in recent years (besides GOT) has drawn this much attention. People seem to just watch the same shows over and over again until something new comes onto the service. The Irishman is the next test for this idea, but I don't see this movie being talked about till the end of the year even. We have so much on these services constantly coming out that the movies and T.V. don't have the same lifetime that they used too.

The company is selling the bikes and treadmills at a 43% gross margin. This company somehow sells its bicycles at a higher gross margin than Apple(38%). How!
