I built this simple tool that turns your subscriptions into a proportional treemap - bigger boxes = bigger monthly spend. Makes it pretty obvious which services are eating your budget.

No signup, 100% free, data never leaves your browser

Nope, you're totally not wrong at all. There is a way to use a virtual card every time you want to subscribe to something and forget about it. Another way is to use something like my subscription tracker to track them.

There are many ways to solve this, and everyone has their own preferences. And I hope everyone doesn't get their card charged unexpectedly.

Last month, I launched Vexly after realizing I was paying $200/month for subscriptions I completely forgot about. That free trial from 2023? Still billing me. The gym I haven’t visited since January? Yep, still going.

Vexly sends alerts 7 days before renewals, no bank connections needed, just privacy-first tracking. Our beta testers saved an average of $540 in the first year, often finding 3-5 forgotten subscriptions in their first minute.

Based on feedback, Vexly now lets you: - Create family members and assign subscriptions for family tracking. - Get subscription reminders in your Discord channel via webhook. - Set individual reminders for each subscription, not just daily/weekly ones. - Optionally auto-renew subscriptions, so you don’t miss any important ones. - Submit feedback, feature requests, or bug reports directly in the app.

Would love to hear your experiences and suggestions. What other pain points do you have with subscriptions? All feedback is welcome!

I had a problem: too many notes, not enough time to actually study them. No matter how much I tried, managing all that information felt overwhelming. Reading through everything, organizing key points, and then trying to memorize it all. It wasn't working so well.

So, I built a tool to help. It’s a simple website that takes your study notes or any document files and turns them into quizzes and flashcards. You can either upload or type in your notes, and then it will generates questions based on the content. It helped me focus on what I needed to learn instead of wasting time trying to organize everything.

I added it!

Hey, I added what you requested. You can turn off the daily/weekly reminders by going to settings -> Notification Preferences -> Set Notification Style to off. Then, you can set the reminder time when adding new subscription, or edit reminder time of existing subscriptions

Hey, I added password-based login, you can sign up with the existing email to set the password, or you can do it by going to settings -> security and set the password there.

Also, you can link your Google account by logging with Google with the same email and it would automatically link that.

I'm glad you liked it! I'm not very confident in web design, so your feedback really motivates me.

Sounds good! I will add it and let you know. It would be more convenient if you have a Discord account and join our server. :D (not required, though)

I sent you friend request!

Will do! So, basically, you want to disable the regular reminder of Vexly and instead choose the date it reminds you?

Hey, I will try to fix it + adding email password. Sorry for the bug!

I’d say what makes it special is its simplicity, you don’t need to link your email or bank account. I put privacy above everything. Most apps I’ve found require connecting to a bank account or Gmail, which isn’t great for privacy. Instead, my website offers an AI Agent that can help you enter your subscriptions if you don’t want to do it manually

Hey, sorry for the late response, do you happen to use Discord? If yes, we can discuss easier.

I built Vexly after discovering I was wasting $200/month on forgotten subscriptions. That free trial from 2023? Still charging me. The gym I haven't visited since January? Yep, that too.

What makes Vexly different:

You get alerts 7 days before renewals so you can actually cancel in time. No bank connections needed, just pure privacy-first tracking.

Most people find 3-5 forgotten subscriptions in their first minute using Vexly. Our beta testers saved an average of $540 in year one.
