Have been working on a high-performance, collaborative "Figma for business" (contracting for US-based company) using Rust + WebGL + WebAssembly (WASM) for the past ~1.5 years. Exploring compilers on the side as a personal interest.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Currently a university student looking for junior positions (ideally part-time, but full-time is up for discussion as well).
I have past internship experience in ML engineering and data analysis (separate internships), having worked for one of the biggest e-commerce names in SEA.
More importantly, I have been involved in some remote contract work recently, building a SaaS with Rust and Javascript/Typescript. On the side, I have some experience writing a ray tracer in Rust and also porting C++ code to Rust from some reasonably non-trivial projects.
I am interested in all things technical and have dabbled in compilers, operating systems and graphics. With that said, I believe that I may more suited towards a backend-related role. (willing to pick up any suitable technologies)
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks!
