In my early 20s I worked in a shitty kitchen with a bunch of Mexicans and Ecuadorians, some of them illegals. I was one of two white people working there.
I don't know if it's in their culture to touch a bunch but after awhile we were /always/ smacking each other on the back and leaning on each other or whatever other friendly male touching you could think of. It was seriously awesome therapy for the soul and despite how shitty the job was and how bad I wanted to get out of there for my 1.5 years there I always felt 'wholesome' in a sense that died pretty quick after entering corporate world.
I had already had covid 2x prior to general vaccine availability. I got totally owned in the short term but was back to working out pretty quick. The second Moderna shot completely wrecked me in a way having covid didn't, I had severe heart palps/skips for weeks. Sitting/standing at my desk and just having one after the other and would lose my breath between them. After that decided boosters could fuck off.
They are using synthetic psilocybin. It would be impossible to make a translation between grams of dried vs. synthetic. Different species have diff content, liberty cap vs. penis envy etc. also stalks vs. caps typically differ in str.
I've been exercising for 15+ years at this point and this happens to me when I'm routinely doing heavy and or high repetition lower body stuff. It's why I mainly do bodyweight/gymnastic stuff now. I can do as many front lever / handstands / pullups I want and still be able to think the next day. When I was into kettlebells and doing heavy swings + getups every other day there were times I was nearly idiotic. Same for when I was early 20s doing heavy deadlifting / squatting, I just didn't notice it much then because I didn't need to concentrate for $job.
