This is an issue as there is a large sigint site at the Truman Annex. Makes me think they are seeing what antennas and other items exist there watching Cuba. Maybe China has some interest in Cuba now? As far as sigint sites go, this one is the most accessible due to being the southern most point in the USA. We always had problems with tourist wandering up the beach and around the fence.
Specifically "which infamously used stolen Facebook data to target voters for President Donald Trump’s campaign in the 2016 U.S. election" from the article is inaccurate.
The story incorrectly reports the company was hired for the trump campaign to do data work.
As per https://youtu.be/yjn6wK01cqk?t=1878 only staff were hired.
Show me, as the owner of the openbsd server, how to change the default configuration to suit a purpose that exceeds the very limited set of services enabled.
There have been many bugs in NetBSD code that are found and fixed. Quite often these bugs are in code shared with OpenBSD, but you never see them list it as such, as they import said fixes from NetBSD.
Greetings, Lynx users. There is a reason this page doesn't use ALT tags on the images.
The reason is that the bozos responsible for both MSIE
and Netscape Confusicator 4.0 decided that they would display the ALT
tags of images every time you move the mouse over them -- even if the
images are loaded, and even if they are not links. The ALT attribute
to the IMG tag is supposed to be used instead of the image, not in
addition to the image.
This looks absolutely terrible, so I don't use ALT tags any more in
self-defense.
If they wanted to implemented tooltips, they should have used the TITLE
attribute to the A tag. That's in the HTML 1.2 spec and everything.
I had to decide between making this page look good for the vast majority
of viewers, or making it be readable by the miniscule minority of you
stuck in the 70s. Those of you in the retro contingent lost. Sorry.
We call it "culture".
Public restrooms don't help, people do it despite those, and often near them. We've had people come in during a change window late at night, and go right outside our office door. The custodian said he passed the person on their way out, and had to clean it up. Then there is that moment you realized someone tracked some into your office after walking to get lunch. It's very offsetting.
