When you say to me, "execute" over ideate, you're giving me the benefit of the doubt. You're saying, essentially, that you 'believe in my capacity to foster good ideas.' It is important and worthwhile to give people these benefits. The moment I accuse or imply that you are incapable to foster good ideas, I have at least not made a friend, let alone built a bridge.
When we think outside the terms of financial wealth, it is much easier to see value and intrinsic utility.

Currently working (very, very slowly) on tagoracle.com, meant to be a sort of google search for tags on social & related media sites. Actually two years ago I set out to make a semantic-based social network but it's beyond me at this point. You know, scrapbooking is fundamentally simple, and I can fish up an idea I had several months ago for scrapbooking. The notion is "like Etsy" but more interactive, where users can assemble their own stuff from stock materials, or other etsy-like users. I ran it by a serious authority and he said it could work. The stopping point at the time was a steep cost of developing a nice flash gui for the 'interactive (scrapbooking / jewelry-making) stuff"
