There are also groups called Wake Up (https://wkup.org/) in Vienna and Graz that practice the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh as a community. I think the issue here is that almost anything can be represented as a neural network. You could create a neural network that does a xor operation, for example. There is nothing new about this.
