Is this surprising? The A380 uses nearly 50% more fuel per seat than a 787/A350. That's when its full! Then you have to fill it up too - and it doesn't go as far. It's just silly. Sure its innovative but that's not economical.

They're awful successful & have delivered on PR & hype in the past. It's always clear when its a concept (such as the hydrogen powered vehicles) or whether its for a consumer rollout.

Unless you're talking about commercial property, which has more value than residential property.

Where commercial property has more value due to more foot traffic, the closest residential property gets value too.
