Roundabouts are great (we just had two complex intersections with traffic lights replaced by roundabouts and the traffic flow is much better), but they take significantly more space than a 4-way stop.

I'm curious why would this increase taxes if those contributions that get converted are after-tax anyway and the amount that gets taxed shouldn't change?

Already happened; https://github.com/jart/cosmopolitan/pull/185 (Add sqlite3 support to Lua scripts in Redbean) has been merged.
