This may be prying and off topic, so sorry if it is, but how do you guys plan on making money? From the $5/user/mo fee? Or does Visa hand over a piece of the 2.x% transaction fee?
A buddy and I tried to build a messaging app over the summer. We've decided to work on other things, and don't know what to do with the IP (who gets to keep what, can we use it in the future for other projects, etc.) and we'd like to make some money off of it too :). If you or anyone you know would be interested, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] (or just bid).

Nimbus is a messaging and sharing app that keeps your conversations organized by starting a new thread for every new thing that you share. Conversations are grouped by the people involved and the topic. Nimbus makes discussing and referencing shared content easier by displaying the content and conversation at once.
Nimbus has a share extension on iOS 8 (http://www.imore.com/sharing-ios-8-explained), so you don't need to copy and paste links that you want to share. If you find an share-worthy article while browsing the internet, simply share with the Nimbus extension and choose the people you would like to send it to.
Sale Boat is a cleaner, more relevant way to get notified about online sales for savvy online shoppers who are dissatisfied with the 15 spam sales emails they receive every morning (or at 12am, right after you go to sleep; bastards). Sale Boat provides a single email everyday that filters sales based on criteria you define and only from stores you tell us to get deals from. Unlike other sales aggregators that blow sales they think you'd care about in your face, Sale Boat only delivers you sales that you've told us you want.
