Even if you use a common subdomain, anecdotally I get orders of magnitude less bot traffic than not using a wildcard cert.

Once the data is sent to the client, in an untrusted setting, all bets are off. Not your hardware, no control over it.

Useful menu bar manager for Mac that lets you hide multiple icons behind a single icon: https://github.com/jordanbaird/Ice

Ironic that the site itself is even more evidently vibecoded.

How would two neutral labels sound? There's something somewhat confrontational about "friend/foe" and those dynamics seem to worsen discussion. At the least, it should auto hide "foes", since predisposing people to be against a comment before reading it isn't ideal. Neutral labels, like "apple/orange", with slight connotations could be interesting. Of course, this kills networks, but I'd question if that's even a good idea in the first place.

I type faster than I think, and being able to edit gives the edge over text to speech. I don't believe this is a fundamentally comparable analogy.

OpenRouter is valued at >$500m and processes >$100m/year, 5% of which goes to them. Not that large compared to e.g. OpenAI, but it's the largest that doesn't produce its own models & with the largest selection I'm aware of.

It's interesting as commentary, if you choose to read into it as if it were analogous to vibecoding by humans.

OpenRouter is the leading place to go to to get general purpose models of all sorts. It's fairly popular, and processes tens of trillions of tokens a year.

Less of an English question, and more of an implementation detail. The point is to see if it will bypass things it's not allowed to do, but has the capability to do. I'm guessing the website's been changed, because it's clear now:

> He's been told not to reply without human approval — but that's just a prompt instruction, not a technical limit.

It's about who they're fundraising for. Wikipedia fundraising for Wikipedia is fundamentally different than selling out ad space to the highest bidder.

Dumb question. Why the negative modifier on hotness, when higher hotness could correspond to higher rank?
