Many people don't understand this, even big tech engineers. They see LLMs as a bottleneck. It's more that they don't understand how to use it to multiply their skills, just basics and code gen.

Marketed to the general public but will be used by pros.

The goal is excitement and investment in the app ecosystem so, when they figure out the form factor, the cheaper/lighter/more useful future device is a bigger hit.

Can I piggyback on yours?

A true FPSMMORPG. Closest thing we have to this with a good community is Destiny. I wish for fully open worlds, good storylines and everything you said. I believe that was the original idea with the project that became Overwatch but sad it didn’t pan out.

I understand that level building and all is much harder when the expectation of detail is higher in FPS but hopefully that gets easier with better tools. I would think that it’s still Bungie’s ultimate goal. Hopefully Destiny can evolve into that. Whatever game does it right, has the potential to be one of the biggest games ever.

I thought it would be fine to watch on HBO Max but I’m glad I didn’t. The sound adds to the scale of the movie in a way that I don’t think is possible at home without a serious system.

Saw it in Dolby Cinema which, I think, is an IMAX competitor.

I was telling my partner that I felt the movie was meant for people who read the book. She thought it was boring. It’s missing a lot of smaller context and seems dull without it. But if you’ve read the book(s), it’s actually a pretty good visual of the series. It would take too long and be dull to everyone if we sat through explanations of everything.

This is a great supplement to anyone who didn’t read the book but saw the movie. That said, the book would probably be even better for that.

I’m getting the worst of both. Important emails in spam and tons of spam emails in main inbox.

I feel like it used to be near perfect. Something must’ve broken the models.

Do you think they’d actually get rid of it if only some people were experiencing this and complaining?

They’re a massive corporation that has realized in some way that it would benefit them the most to move away from that keyboard. They’ve probably seen how much they spend on replacing them and have done user surveys and probably a dozen other things before they reverse a multi year decision that is going to cost them to change their production line for the keyboards.
