I can confirm these findings. My father, aged 63, passed away just 3 days ago because of blood cancer. He was totally fit and fine until 8 months ago when we first noticed his abnormal blood counts.

He did regular screening, nothing came up in it. When suddenly in one blood report, his counts were low that's when we did some extensive testing. Even with extensive testing, the diagnosis kept changing. From Myelofibrosis to MDS to AML to AEL.

Whole aspects around testing and related studies are very confusing. Tests are not at all accurate and testing is very expensive.

It seems like a scam when it comes to testing industry and pharma industry for such disorders. Bottomline is nothing helped in my father's case and we lost him after spending tons of money.

The fact that medical system remains such an inefficient system till date indicates to me that world leaders doesn't want to solve for health problems. It's an industry for them with lots of money. Everyone seems to be motivated to keep population seek and be subscribed to their drugs.

Sorry for the rant.

My wife seems to have broadly the same symptoms you are mentioning.

Sharp migraines, anxiety attacks (as per doctors), rapid heartbeats, disturbed sleep, bodyache, random mood swings etc.

Her MRI is clean too. Doctors just started her with blood thinners which might be alleviating some pain but no, she is not feeling good at all. Had done multiple tests, visited bunch of doctors but still yet to figure what's exactly wrong with her body?

If every organization feels like for improving org outcomes bringing workers to the office is absolutely crucial, then that org should bear the cost as well. The org should pay for gases, pay for time in commute, pay for car and cover it's insurance. For people who moved to colocate with the org, org should pay for their rents too. After all, it's the orgs decision to call workers for it's own profits, why should a worker be paying for this unnecessary expenses when the alternative of remote is very much feasible.

Allowing workers to work remotely or in-office is the choice of the organisation. Since, it's a choice... It should come with a price tag associated with it.

Alternatively, of govt as well feel that workers are needed back in the office, all of the above expenses should be allowed to claim back during taxation.

My simple question is how fair is it for workers to pay for the luxury choices made by their respective employers?
