Also one more issue with job application through workday or otherwise, u have to customize CV, cover letter which itself has become full time job u know.
so AI agent doing it for u and u review it and changes if needed is definitely makes job applying bit easier as is technical stuff is harder
Well, I was finding it very hard to apply jobs and to be honest, i was loosing lot of jobs especially top tier companies as I am used to recruiters calling me or finding me on LInkedIn but lately that has dried out.
so I bit a bullet and built this AP application agent and found i got interviewed at Cohere, Scale AI etc. which otherwise I would have never got these calls.
