Tried it out - easy to get started, Nice UI, but i think more context, iteration is needed. I asked for developer frustrated with bugs - it showed me a person with real bugs :).
Was able to try out now. Looks cool and this time I could test it out.
Initial Feedback
1. Search is easy
2. Can start quickly on notes
3. Too many CTA's and actions in single screen - so a little confusing
4. Find/create looks same as search - whats the difference?

Not sure about a lifetime :) - but 1/2/3 (some version of it) I have been using for more than 20+ years now.
Here is my quick feedback
1. UI icons are overlapping text in places
2. A given section of screen is auto scrolled up when we go to a particular section e.g. FAQ section.

Long term vision should support both but in short term you can focus on your hypothetical ICP or beta customers. If you are focused on customers who prefer self hosting, that could be your MVP version but in the long term cloud may give you scale. Some upfront Pros and Cons of Self hosted vs Cloud.
Self Hosted ( As assuming stand alone or cloud self hosted)
- Pros: Cost to serve customer is less for you as you pass on infra cost to the customer.
- Cons : Maintenance and continuous support will cost you more as every deployment release and support will be specific to customer.
Cloud
- Pros : Easier to get started and scale if it is a self serve product.
- Cost : Infra cost is added to your cost to serve customer.
Love it - one of the fastest I have tried recently. Would share with my team. I like the space theme as well - pretty cool. Small feedback - this could be highlighted better "So far we've transmuted 783 files, reshaped 2,855,666,777 cosmic bytes, & condensed 2,170,239,509 bytes of stardust." - I almost missed it, but its good validation of the work that has been done.
I use draw.io as well but also find creating message sequence charts using - https://sequencediagram.org/ very useful for the teams to understand the workflows. Rather MSC is something I have made mandatory for certain complex workflows which involve multiple apps and services.
If burned out one thing I would suggest is to prioritize yourself. Make time for a break, spend time with yourself to step back, assess and analyze the situation. This personally helped me to sort out my thoughts, think of a long term and short term plan. Reset and restart with a new hobby along with work. We all may feel like quitting at some point as a founder but a short break and reset helps us align our thoughts, prioritize what matters most. Personally what helped me is that I have started taking out conscious time for family and friends, daily meditation and reading.
Currently we use passport.js (https://www.passportjs.org/) and it gives all basic authentication - SSO, email etc. we found OKTA expensive, have used it before.
Congrats on launching this! Website looks good and I like the "Create your video (Free)" CTA right there. I tried working on a youtube video, but its taking way too long right now. If I can get a feedback as to how much time it would take for the video to process and for me to start editing - that would be great. I often use tools like biteable for video creation and editing and I like the feedback messaging while they process etc.
Pretty cool. Email got stuck for the first time I tried it out - overall pretty smooth experience. Wanted to check if I place the code snippet, does it need a plan upgrade? I don't see a free plan.
