Seems to me like they have, sadly, set themselves up for failure by adding too many gimmicks to the car that sound fancy but nobody really cares about. Facial recognition? On your first model? Really?

The FF keynote was one of the worst I have ever seen. They barely even showed the car. They over-hyped and did not deliver on that hype.
No charging network for long distance. It's currently Tesla's big differentiator over GM and any other electric company.
Meanwhile, Rimac has been building 1088-HP electric cars for a long time, without the hype.
