He's a creepy guy, and a total business jerk but I'm not sure what he did wrong in this case."How is this allowed @jack." ??? Do you mean, how can someone be allowed to create a collage and post them to social media? There are apps for that. And if you're a public figure you should expect this to happen to you, too.

Would she have complained if Channing Tatum or Aziz Ansari did it? And would twitter and Dorsey have cared?

This is the reason twitter is losing (has already lost) many active users. If you can't moderate/respond fast to abuse and hate speech, there is something wrong in your model.
