Ask HN: What is the reason you left your employer? How do you tell to HR?
I find it's hard to tell the truth to HR, if you left the company because the co-worker, manager, supervisor etc or something you don't like, even your current employer raise your pay. How do you manage this?

HR has no absolutely no right to know the true reason why you left, and there is certainly no advantage to you for telling them. There may be disadvantages - if someone you were relying on for a reference gets in trouble based on what you told HR, and they find out, you'll have burned your bridge to them.
So if you don't want to tell them the truth, just give them something neutral, like "I'm leaving to pursue a new career opportunity."
